Booking your place on BMC 2026: Provence
Summary of what you need to know:
- 3.5 days of riding between 18-22 September 2026 in stunning mountain scenery, touring iconic Tour De France climbs, on guided rides in the Provence Mt Ventoux area.
- Choose from the Everest, Kilimanjaro, or Matterhorn routes to suit a wide variety of cycling abilities and speeds.
- Each day starts and ends at the event hotel. Rooms are all ensuite (2*, see accommodation page) and there is a good variety of hot and cold food, ground coffee/hot drinks for both breakfast.
- The event is run with professional vehicle support throughout each day; friendly ride leaders/coaches and pro riders. Choose from one of the below packages to sign up. The event is operated by Bike Weekender with all profits and sponsorship money from BMC going directly to Thames Hospice.
The Packages include half-board accommodation, airport transfers* welfare and mechanical support during the ride. Flights not included.
Full package plus fundraising: £895 plus £995 sponsorship.
Full package with no fundraising: £1395
(Single supplement approx. £225 if you don’t want to share a room)
Once booked, you will be contacted with your confirmation email which will request more information on your choice of route, bike hire, dietary needs, flight information etc.
The recommended flights from London are:
18 Sept 2026: BA 0346 Departing London Heathrow 11:10 Arriving Marseille 14:10
22nd Sep 2026: BA347 Departing Marseille 12:55 Arriving LHR 14:00
* airport transfer service direct to the BMC hotel departs Marseilles airport at 12:00 on 18 Sept and will have you back to the airport on 22 Sept in time for flights from 12:00 onwards. Outside these times, private transfers at additional cost will be necessary. For any riders needing to leave on the evening of 21 Sept, BMC can arrange a drop off to Carpenteras station where you can take a train to Marseilles airport, duration approx. 2 hours. Tickets will need to be booked by you independently.
